COCONUT WATER

I am sharing my favorite drink that is, I know favorite to many. You guess right it is coconut water. Am amazing drink.

Coconut water is a famous natural drink in the world. There are many lovers for this refreshing and beneficial drink. All fruits and herbs have their own benefits but coconut is the one and only fruit that we can consume in any form. Its covering fiber is good to make various products like potting sticks, baskets etc while the coir is beneficial to enhance the drainage qualities of potting soil. Its nut is good for cooking. While we can extract oil and coconut milk for health and beauty products. In result, coconut either raw or reap has its own qualities in all the way.

Let’s have a look at the salient benefits of this fruit.

An average raw, young or green coconut gives half a cup of coconut water and if we talk about the nutrient values. It is a low-calorie drink as compared to any other one for vitalization. A standards cup that is about 240 grams contains following.

Looking at the nutrient fact it is good to boost the energy and revitalization. This drink is 100% safe for health and fitness until you found a squid in coconut water. What squid in coconut water? Yes! It is true recently a woman claims that she bought a bottle of fresh coconut water but felt that there was something unusual in it. She cut the bottle and found a squid-like thing in the bottom. She started to vomit as she felt that few particles were in the water. So, be careful and vigilant for sub-standard products. It is low in calories and a lot of potassium that could replace daily unhealthy beverages. Though it is not a substitute for water a daily routine vitalizes the lost energy and provides us a boost to let us perform our routine jobs. It has also a fullness factor that helps to maintain our diet.

COCONUT WATER FOR SKIN AND BODY

Coconut is a vital part of many cosmetic and beautification products. It is an easily found, the risk-free natural product that is available in all parts of the world. Its water, powder, milk, and oil is a key ingredient to beauty products that are good for skin and hairs. Beauticians have faith for its natural benefits.
  • -         In summer coconut water can be used as the skin toner. You can also use it as a cleanser to remove the makeup with coconut water in summers. In this way, it could give us double benefit, cleans the makeup and tones the skin as well. It works on skin pores and moisturizes the skin in a natural way.
  • -         Coconut oil replenishes hair damage; it strengthens the hairs. It gives shine to dull hairs and manages the fizzy ones.
  • -         It reduces the hair fall but again a regular user is a must.
  • -         Coconut oil can all alone remove the dry flakes if used constantly for at least a month. For more effectiveness, you may add a few drops of lemon juice.
  • -         Coconut oil is a known remedy to cure nail and toe fungus. Its anti-fungal properties cure and protect the skin from many diseases.
  • -         Coconut water contains Lauric Acid, which is good to remove wrinkles from the skin. It has anti-aging properties.
  • -         Coconut water has anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties that are good to work as a remedy to remove acne from the skin. It is also good to regulate inflammation caused by pimples/acne.
  • -         Coconut water is effective to sunburn as it has Vitamin C in it. Along with other anti-oxidant properties, it heals the skin in an accepted way.

A SMALL FACIAL AND SKIN TREATMENT

Use pure coconut water and gently apply your skin with cotton balls. Tapping is also a good movement for applying this toner. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes and clean your skin with normal or cold water. Do not rinse too much and try to be gentle. This small but effective treatment can save much of your time and money from expensive and time taking chemical treatments.  Keep it a try.

CAN COCONUT WATER RELIEVE CONSTIPATION?

Coconut water helps to relieve constipation and being used as a natural laxative. But it is not solely dependable as there are dietary fibers in it. When we discuss natural laxatives, Castor oil is an excellent remedy. Aloe Vera, Cascara, and Magnesia Milk are other natural treatments. So coconut water is not recommended as a long remedy for constipation.
